The Leadership Level Up Accelerator is a 2-month online group program that includes 1:1 coaching and teaches managers who want to improve people management skills how to become more confident, and master communication and delegation skills. The program also addresses systemic/cultural issues that perpetuate chronic issues for managers such as over-work and overwhelm.
Whether you’re an individual contributor now turned first-time manager, a small business CEO with people management crises, or a seasoned manager that now has been promoted into higher levels of management, The Leadership Level-Up Accelerator will challenge you to execute at your highest level. It’s designed to help you handle the toughest parts of people management like navigating conflict and tough conversations with ease.

You'll connect with Tajan for a chat about how the TRC Leadership Accelerator can support your learning and development vision. We'll schedule anyone from your team to try out the program by taking a class from the program for free. We'll do a live product demo, where we'll review the leadership competency assessment, the 1:1 coaching format, the group training modules, feedback practice reviews, and a sample report. We'll also discuss leadership competency gaps and pain points so we can suggest a customized plan for your people.

Is the program really free for small businesses?
Yes. The Leadership Accelerator program is completely free for Massachusetts business with under 100 employees who qualify. However, grant funds are limited so you want to get your application completed asap. Typically the cost per manager for this program starts at $800.
